Occupational hygienist / Technologist / Occupational hygiene assistant
Laboratory and office is located in Bloemfontein

An appropriate degree or equivalent qualification.

General Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English), English scientific report writing skills essential.
  • Code B drivers license.
  • Must be willing to travel across the country and continent to perform occupational hygiene surveys.
  • Performing mostly occupational hygiene surveys across the Free State, Gauteng, northern Province and Northern Cape.
  • Good interpersonal relations, self motivated, independent.
  • Registration with SAIOH as occupational hygienist would be an advantage.

We would welcome applications from persons who completed a degree in occupational hygiene having distinctions in 75% or more of the subjects during their studies.  Such persons will have an advantage in terms of the initial salary package

Office Assistant



  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Fluent in MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Bookkeeping experience an advantage
  • Formal qualification (executive secretary) an advantage
  • Executive secretarial skills
  • Excellent co-ordination skills
